Amzane Visuals provides creative visual services for weddings and destination weddings in Spain, including:

• Wedding photography.

• Drone wedding coverage when legally and practically possible.
• Destination wedding coverage in Spain.
• Editing, post-production and online gallery delivery.

The exact services included depend on the package, quote or written agreement confirmed with the client.

3. Website use

By using this website, you agree to use it in a lawful and respectful way. You must not attempt to damage the website, access restricted areas, copy protected content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Quotes and availability

Availability, package information and prices may be provided after receiving details such as the wedding date, location, guest count, number of hours, required services and travel needs.

• Quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
• A quote does not guarantee the date until the booking is confirmed.
• Prices may change if the event details, location, hours or requested services change.
• Any special request must be confirmed in writing.

5. Booking confirmation

A wedding booking is considered confirmed only when both parties have agreed in writing and any required reservation payment or deposit has been received, if applicable.

Until confirmation, the wedding date may remain available to other clients.

6. Payments

Payment terms, deposit amounts, remaining balance and payment deadlines are defined in the quote, invoice or written agreement.

• The final balance may be required before the wedding date.
• Late payments may delay delivery.
• Bank fees or payment platform fees may be the responsibility of the client where applicable.
• Taxes, invoices and legal obligations will be handled according to the applicable rules in Spain.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions depend on the confirmed agreement, the wedding date, the reason for the change and the expenses already incurred.

• Reservation payments may be non-refundable if they secure a wedding date.
• Travel, accommodation or production expenses already paid may not be refundable.
• If the wedding is postponed, Amzane Visuals will try to transfer the booking to a new available date.
• If the new date is not available, cancellation terms may apply.

8. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information before the wedding and for ensuring access to the venue, timeline and key people needed for the coverage.

• Provide the correct date, locations and timeline.
• Inform the venue and planner about photo, video and drone requirements.
• Share any restrictions related to ceremony, church, venue, drone, privacy or guests.
• Designate a contact person on the wedding day if needed.
• Inform Amzane Visuals of important moments, family photos or cultural traditions.

9. Wedding day coverage

Amzane Visuals will make reasonable professional efforts to capture the wedding day according to the agreed coverage. However, wedding photography and video are live-event services and depend on real conditions such as weather, light, venue access, timing, guest movement and restrictions.

Specific shots cannot be guaranteed unless they are planned, realistic and agreed in advance.

10. Drone coverage

Drone coverage is not guaranteed in every location. It depends on local rules, airspace restrictions, venue permissions, weather, safety conditions, timing and legal requirements.

If drone coverage is not possible for safety, legal or technical reasons, Amzane Visuals may replace it with alternative ground coverage where appropriate.

11. Editing and creative style

The client understands that photography and video editing are part of the artistic style of Amzane Visuals. Editing choices may include color, contrast, framing, pacing, music, storytelling and final selection.

• Raw files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
• The final image and video selection is made according to professional quality standards.
• Additional editing requests may be quoted separately if they are outside the agreed package.

12. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the package, wedding season, workload and complexity of the final editing. Estimated delivery times may be communicated after booking.

• Photos may be delivered through an online gallery or digital transfer.
• Videos may be delivered through a private link or downloadable file.
• Delivery may be delayed if payments are pending.
• Clients should download and back up their files after delivery.

13. Copyright and image usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright remains with Amzane Visuals. The client receives a personal license to use the delivered photos and videos for private, non-commercial purposes.

• Clients may share delivered photos and videos with family and friends.
• Clients may post delivered images on personal social media.
• Commercial use by venues, planners, suppliers, brands or publications requires permission.
• Editing, filtering or heavily modifying delivered images is not recommended and may affect the artistic integrity of the work.

14. Portfolio and social media use

Amzane Visuals may request permission to use selected wedding images or videos for portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes.

If the couple wants privacy or does not want identifiable images to be published, they should communicate this clearly in writing before or after the wedding.

15. Travel and accommodation

Weddings outside the main service area may require travel, accommodation, meals, parking or additional logistics. These costs will be indicated in the quote or agreement where applicable.

16. Force majeure

Amzane Visuals is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, accidents, transport disruption, venue restrictions, legal restrictions, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling or arranging an alternative professional if possible.

17. Limitation of liability

Amzane Visuals will provide services with professional care and reasonable skill. However, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Amzane Visuals is not responsible for missed images caused by restrictions, lack of access, delays, guest interference, venue rules, weather, or changes not communicated in advance.

18. Third-party services

This website may include links or integrations with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, email, Google services, payment tools or social media. Amzane Visuals is not responsible for the terms, privacy policies or technical failures of third-party platforms.
